  Is there any history on the Rub Goldberg artwork pictured? I don’t know where you are from but in southern Minnesota there was a Polka band leader by the name of Woopy John. His surname was Wilfart.

  GL’s D – for some reason I want to bring up the former New Hampshire congressman Dick Sweat, but I can’t possibly imagine what he’d have to do with this conversation.

  RRD – The closest thing in German would be ‘Fahrt’ (which does mean ‘trip’), but I can’t find a good excuse for them leaving out the ‘h’… local dialect, perhaps?
