The smell of the wine and the heat radiating up from the plate of food were things I don't normally notice so much when I can see. As it is, most people get upset when they can see the food and need explanation for every little thing.<br /><br />I'd love to try a dark restaurant to experience how the senses sharpen or dull accordingly, but in the meantime thanks for sharing your experience in detail.
