    The old guy who lived across the street from us passed away recently. His family came and ransacked his house for belongings and they took all his cowbells and rang them for hours. It sounded like I was hiking in the fields again.

    I suppose the fact that his house contained a bunch of cowbells was a foregone conclusion in Switzerland. :)
