About Me
- Jul
- Munich, Germany
- A travel-addicted American expatriate artist who has lived in Italy, Germany, and Switzerland... and is now settling in after a move from Zurich to Munich. OK, actually it has been over a year now since the move - I guess I'm as settled as I'm going to get.
More things by me

LOL! You just made me spit my Müsli all over the keyboard!
OK, given this particular choice, I'd REALLY rather be asparagus.
What, you don't like her little potato bustierre/unitard?
Bizarre!
India
Lol...why damen is potato?
Ha! Ha! Fabulous!
Because, Bluefish, it's der Spargel and die Kartoffel. They match the gender in German. Though I will admit that Frau Kartoffel looks like a badly kitted-out drag queen.
Ah ha! It never occurred to me to look to the word gender for the explanation. Very interesting theory, Mr. Headbang.
