		<description>Don&#039;t think I&#039;ve seen any caribous here! Sounds like something that could be lurking around under a different name, though. The same drink often has a different name when you go from one stand to the next here... of course when asked, the vendor always claims his is different and better. :)</description>

		<description>I must salute your dedication: given the quantities of Christmas booze you&#039;re sampling on our behalf, it must take some effort to compose a coherent blog post afterwards.&lt;br /&gt;Here&#039;s one you won&#039;t find in Munich: there was a merchant from Quebec here in Strasbourg selling something he claimed was a French-Canadian specialty, formulated for northern winters, called Caribou. I&#039;d never tried it before - it was basically gluwein/vin chaud mixed with brandy. Warmed me right up, though I wouldn&#039;t recommend it unless you were near insensate with hypothermia.</description>
