Nothing gets me out of the house like freshly fallen snow.

This morning I walked north along the Isar River and through the English Garden, visiting its biergartens along the way.

I wasn’t the only one in the park, but I was completely alone for much of my walk. I made plenty of fresh footprints.

Days like this remind me how lucky I am to live in Munich.

  • Okay, I thought that I was entirely sick of the snow until I saw these photos. So gorgeous! Still, I think I’ll visit Germany when it’s warm and sunshiney. :-)
