Barcelona? That looks awfully Gaudi to me, but I don’t remember seeing it when I was there, so you’ve got me puzzled…
Nice guesses, but no hits so far. while it does bring Gaudi, Hundertwasser, and internal organs to mind, this is a completely different artist. I hadn’t heard of this place myself until a couple years ago…
